How we started
AutoHeart was born from a shared vision among a group of Miami locals who saw their neighbors struggling to access vital services. We discovered that despite being eligible for assistance programs, like SNAP and Florida Medicaid, many families in our vibrant community were unaware of their options. Driven by a commitment to help, we found that vehicle donations could serve as a sustainable funding model for connecting residents with the benefits they needed.
In 2018, we took our first step by launching AutoHeart with the mission of bridging the gap between Miami’s residents and essential services. With the support of the community, we transformed donated vehicles into valuable resources, ensuring that the funds would help our own neighbors navigate the complex world of social services.
